Who can visit, and how do you get an appointment?

Current full-time teachers and PTA / PTSA presidents in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools are eligible to visit The Education Fund Ocean Bank Center for Educational Materials warehouse.

Teachers and PTA / PTSA presidents are entitled to one visit every six months. You may request a pass two months prior to the six-month period.

• PTA & PTSA presidents: You will need to bring a letter on your school's stationery stating you are the president for the current year. The letter should be dated and signed by the principal.

Once you receive your pass, you may...

• Visit The Education Fund Ocean Bank Center for Educational Materials on your designated shopping day and fill a shopping cart with 100 points worth of supplies!
• Complete the online survey detailing how the supplies will be used - (the survey will be emailed to you after your visit, and you will have 72 hours to complete it.)
• Request another pass six months after your visit.
